PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE:
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at my store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. I will require a valid FFL emailed to me before shipment. The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
RETURNS:
Sales on the following items are final:
- Firearms & Ammunition – no returns accepted.
- Products sold “as is / used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics.
*USED FIREARMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED*
CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order is processed I am unable to cancel the order with my suppliers. If an order cancellation is requested, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Be sure you want an item before you order it.
GENERAL FIREARMS SALES:
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Please check all laws pertaining to you and your location prior to ordering.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided as they become available.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES:
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local and state laws for any other regulations.
INFORMATION SECURITY:
All information collected during the course of contact with River Rain LLC is kept in strict confidence. River Rain LLC DOES NOT share email addresses, telephone numbers, or contact information with any third parties except as required by law.
